During the "Cremation of Care" ceremony, the
bound-body was burned on the alter of a 50-foot-tall
Owl of Bohemia god made of concrete. The Bohemian priests wore hooded KKK
robes in white, black or red. Cremation of the human sacrifice was set to
music by Walt Disney's "Fantasia", "The Sorcerer's
Apprentice" where Mickey Mouse's magic runs amok. That was only four hours on the first night of the full moon on
Midsummer's Eve in July 2000, not the remaining two weeks, so he missed
Stormin Norman, Colin Powell and Dick Cheney dancing nekked with each other.
Cheney, Powell and Swartzkoff are all members of the Bohemian Club who have
lectured at the Grove on their windfalls from their Gulf War. Dick Cheney
was reportedly picked as the running mate of Bush Jr. while attending the
Satanic events at Bohemina Grove during the summer solstice on 2000, when
this video was secretly shot. Video includes a transcript of the Cremation of Care ceremony
and interview with Dr. Texe Marrs (USAF ret.), a college professor regarding
military operations and occult rituals, author of 36 books and radio host,
who points out that, "Hitler, of course, was a Bohemian."

priest chopped the head of a eight year-old boy with a dagger to propitiate a

Thursday. The incident came to light when the boy hailing from Kalagarh was
reported missing after he had gone to the Shiv temple to play with his

interrogation, the priest confessed to the crime, police said adding the
priest has been arrested." "Fundamental, Bible-believing people do not have the right
to indoctrinate their children in their religious beliefs because we, the
state, are preparing them for the year 2000 when America will be part of a
one-world global society, and their children will not fit in." "We can't be so fixated on our desire to preserve the
rights of ordinary Americans." "When we got organized as a country and we wrote a fairly
radical Constitution with a radical Bill of Rights, giving a radical amount
of individual freedom to Americans. And so a lot of people say there's too
much personal freedom. When personal freedom's being abused, you have to move
to limit it. That's what we did in the announcement I made last weekend on
the public housing projects, about how we're going to have weapon sweeps and
more things like that to try to make people safer in their communities." "A cultist is one who has a strong belief in the Bible and
the Second Coming of Christ; who frequently attends Bible studies; who has a
high level of financial giving to a Christian cause; who home schools for
their children; who has accumulated survival foods and has a strong belief in
the Second Amendment; and who distrusts big government. Any of these may
qualify [a person as a cultist] but certainly more than one [of these] would
cause us to look at this person as a threat, and his family as being in a
risk situation that qualified for government interference." "If this were a dictatorship, it'd be a heck of a lot
easier, just so long as I'm the dictator." "Why shouldn't fact be stranger than fiction? Fiction,
after all, has to make sense." |

CAPTURED ON TAPE WORSHIPPING A 50-FOOT HORNED OWL AND ENGAGING IN
"MOCK" HUMAN SACRIFICE. Radio Talk Show Host and Documentary Filmmaker Alex Jones
infiltrated the cult on one of their highest holy days to witness the
infamous "Cremation of Care." On CBS, People and Spy Magazine have all tried to infiltrate
Bohemian Grove. This is the first time video and audio of the infamous
ceremony have made it out of the Bohemian Grove elite all-male 121 year old
camp. Photos captured from the digital video are available on Alex
Jones' web site www.infowars.com. Jones has made several copies of the video,
one of which has been transferred to Channel Four national British television
for safekeeping. Jones transferred copies to Channel Four on site in Jones shot the video and owns the video. It has incredible implications on the 2000 election, due to the
fact that the Bush family have been long time members of this bizarre
organization. What happens when the mainstream of Well known for his documentation of America's transformation
into a Police State in his acclaimed videos Police State 2000, Police State

obtained at Bohemian Grove goes to the heart of what is wrong with our
country today. Says Jones, "Anyone who looks at the photos on our web site
www.infowars.com needs to be conscious and think about the character of many
of the people who are leading this country and attend the Grove each year. On
our site we have the promotional program handed out to participants at the
grove that clearly shows a human skeleton burning on the altar. This is some sick
stuff." In 1982, NPR got a recording of Henry Kissinger's speech at the
Grove -- but declined to air it (Spy, 11/89). Also in 1982, a Time reporter
went undercover as a waiter in Bohemian Grove; like Mathison's People
article, his story was killed. |

THREE FILMS IN PAST YEAR ABOUT BOHEMIAN
GROVE by Mary Moore July 2000 Two very different films about Bohemian Grove were made in the
past year. The FIRST film, shown on British T.V. was a documentary produced
by Jon Ronson of World of Wonder Ltd. with headquarters in The SECOND film called TEDDY BEAR'S PICNIC was produced
by VISIONBOX pictures in conjunction with satirist Harry Shearer and features
such well known actors as Morgan Fairchild, Howard Hesseman, Alan Thicke
and George Wendt. It is a spoof on Bohemian Grove thinly disguised as
Zambesi Glen. The following statements are taken from the films production
notes. "A comic junket behind the scenes of the world's most
exclusive power broker retreat. The true story: the richest, most powerful
white men in America gather each summer in Northern California for a super
secret retreat that takes them back to their sophomore year in college. For
fifty one weeks a year they run the free world. For one week they run amok.
They're there to unwind but they get really unwound when that secrecy is
threatened." "Based on the exclusive men's retreat Bohemian Grove, where
the likes of Richard Nixon, Henry Kissinger, Malcolm Forbes and William F.
Buckley, have been known to play, TEDDY BEARS'S PICNIC is a wicked little
satire about power, class and to a small degree, sex." For more information about this film call John Manulis at 310

Bears' Picnic - Animal House at the Hollywood nursing home "California's most exclusive mens' club - for 51

human sacrifices, like the movie Skulls

Captains of industry, political royalty, entertainment
luminaries, battlefield heroes, renowned intellects and many of their proud
male issue, respond year after year to the siren-call of the glen -- Zambesi
Glen, that is. For fifty-one weeks a year they run the country; for one week
they run amuck. A Teddy Bears' Picnic if ever there was one. Hidden in the majestic redwoods of northern California, Zambesi
Glen is an exclusive, rustic retreat and summer home-away-from-home, for a
group of insanely powerful, rich, untouchable, mostly old, always white men,
who decide the fate of nations and networks, universities and law firms. Stripped of the niceties required by the presence of their
mistresses, wives and daughters, while adhering to the retreat's motto
"Have No Care Who Enter Here," these pillars of society know how to
cut loose. They drink heavily, swear profusely, gambol naked in the woods,
urinate communally, perform secret rituals, hatch nefarious plots that could
cause public harm, sing badly and wear women's clothing. Unfortunately for the Glen's stalwart denizens, times are
changing. Womenfolk are now included in a special one-time-only luncheon and
tour (although they must be out before dark), feminists protest noisily at
the gate, the media makes sport of them, the ten year waiting list just
doesn't seem long enough, and good help is getting harder and harder to find.
Just when it appears that
things couldn't get worse, Zambesi Glen's iron clad code of secrecy is
breached and its very existence imperiled. Will the traitor be caught? Will he be publicly humiliated
in the sacred redwood grove or blown to bits by secret military aircraft? Will News Channel Six's spunky femme
reporter expose the growing scandal? Where is the missing case of Sanka? The
answers may be found by joining Teddy Bears' Picnic. http://www.visionboxpictures.com/teddybearspicnic/ http://www.visionboxpictures.com/teddybearspicnic/trailer/index.html http://www.visionboxpictures.com/teddybearspicnic/cast/index.html |

Twilight
Zone 1st week in January 2002: New World Order ATTACKS
Alex Jones for his hidden video of Bohemian Grove with Conspiracy Book, New York
Times, Superman, Skull & Bones, KKK, David Koresh, Timothy McVeigh, Bin
Laden and Lone Nut from US Special Forces - Then Admit Human
"Effigy" Sacrifice http://www.pressdemocrat.com/local/news/23boho_a1.html
Bohemian
Club's friends, foes dismiss dark tales Texas talk show host
shocked by [alleged Lone Nut] fan's arrest [while allegedly attempting a mass
murder at Bohemian Grove] but sticks to claims January 23, 2002 By MICHAEL COIT For months, Richard McCaslin fixated on the Bohemian Club
and its secret ceremonies, which some critics claim involve pagan rituals and
human sacrifices. [As
shown on Jones' video and FREE video off his website, which Sonoma County
sheriff's Department can be "trusted" to self-investigate, since it
provides security at the Grove along with Secret Service. This is like a
movie critic refusing to watch the movie before writing a review!] The former Marine [Special Forces] was a regular listener
to a Texas radio talk show host who says the annual retreat near Monte Rio is
part of a conspiracy of rich and powerful men. McCaslin said he broke into the Bohemian Grove, armed
with a small arsenal, to do something, possibly violent, to bring attention
to the rituals. [while wearing a Superman costume and a Skull mask.] Only security guards were inside, however, and he was arrested
Sunday after a brief standoff with sheriff's deputies and CHP officers. Bohemian Club officials and Sonoma County residents familiar
with the summer encampment, where men have gathered for more than a century
for parties and discussions of weighty issues, dismissed claims of human
sacrifices and other bizarre rituals. [like the Necrophilia Room]
The annual encampment in a 2,700-acre grove has long been a
target for [500] protesters who say public policy is being formed in
secret. It also has attracted more and more attention from people like
McCaslin who are convinced there's a conspiracy of silence hiding a darker
side of the club. The encampments have become the subject of discussions on the
Internet and talk radio, including an Austin, Texas, program by Alex Jones
that is heard on 100 stations around the country [and the entire world].
McCaslin said he listened to Jones while living in Austin before moving last month to Carson
City, Nev., to plan his attack. McCaslin said he also watched an hourlong
film Jones produced. [And most likely either a sane "agent
provocateur" or MKULTRA recruit - explained in later articles and
Congressional legislation on this page.] On Tuesday, Jones said he was stunned by the incident. "I
think it's horrible ... sounds completely insane." But Jones defended his claims about human sacrifices. He managed
to get inside the grove on one day of the 2000 encampment and filmed a
ceremony with a tiny [hidden] camera. [Sonoma county sheriffs
Deputies attempted to confiscate his full-size video while Jones' was filming
in a secluded area of the 2500-acre forest.] "If my neighbor was worshipping a 40-foot stone owl and
burned children on a fire, I wouldn't let that neighbor walk my dog or
baby-sit my children. Instead these people are baby-sitting the big red
button," Jones said. "This is some sick stuff." Officials for the Bohemian Club, based in San Francisco, said they
have watched Jones' film and are aware of the conspiracy theories but deny
claims of human sacrifice.
"They see what they want to see. It's not true," said Matt
Oggero, the club's general manager. "These are misguided people who are
manufacturing things about the grove, unfortunately." [This reporter
refused to watch Jones' video and refused to watch FREE video clips from
Jones' website.] Mary Moore of the Bohemian Grove Action Network, a group that has organized protests
for more than 20 years, has heard the claims of human sacrifices. She also
has watched both the Jones film and another produced by an independent
British TV station. "I've looked into these things over the years, but I've
never taken them seriously because it detracts from what we're trying to
accomplish," Moore said. "We've had different inside people over the years,"
she said. "It's bizarre, but not criminal." [But why then does
she refuse to report it? Reporters always write about legal subjects, not
just illegal subjects.] The claims of human sacrifices, nevertheless, persist, joining a
catalog of conspiracy theories involving such subjects as the Council on Foreign
Relations [often seen on CSPAN and CNN News], the Kennedy
assassination and, most recently, whether the Jones said he is not a conspiracy theorist and relies on
government reports, interviews and other sources. "All we do is
report the news here." Jones, also a documentary filmmaker, managed to get inside the
grove, which is divided into dozens of camps. He said he relied on his
Texas accent to claim he was a member of Hillbillies Camp, whose members
include President Bush and his father. "It's just called bravado. I was just calm and when they
would ask me weird stuff ... I just basically went 'ooh, yes,'" Jones
said in an interview during a live broadcast of his talk show Tuesday. He filmed the Bohemian Club ritual that is the source of the
human sacrifice claims.
[Why did this "reporter" refuse to watch the videos?] Part of the opening ceremony of the two-week encampment, it
features members wearing red-hooded robes who burn an elaborate effigy at the
base of the 40-foot owl altar. The effigy symbolizes the cares of the world
that these men carry. [Or Cremation of conscience for 2 weeks of
hellraising and conspiratorial racketeering.] Hooded priests praise the owl and a black-hooded boatman
crosses the lake with the bound effigy. In his film, Jones said he can make out a bound child
begging for its life and that he heard screams. "Those aren't rumors
anymore," he said.
[Why did this journalist refuse to watch a copy of this video as research for
writing this article, or at least watch the FREE video clips off Jones'
website?] British writer and filmmaker Jon Ronson also used the film
in a documentary on Jones' effort to get inside the grove and view the
opening ceremony. Moore countered that what Jones watched was a simulated sacrifice and that his film trivializes years of
work by protesters. Moore went on Jones' radio talk show to explain that the
protesters' goal is to raise awareness about what club members do with their
power and influence and not the seemingly silly things members do inside the
grove. [Since when is child sacrifice "silly"? And why the heck
is SHE defending Bohemian Grove when she is self-appointed head of the "Bohemian
Grove Action Network" - or should it be named "Inaction"
Network, since she didn't even have protests this year!] "They're floating policy ideas up there," she said.
"That message is getting lost in the general craziness of child
sacrifice and the owl worship and the rest of it. It could become a
distraction from what we're trying to accomplish." Discussions at the grove often deal with government,
military, economic, and science and technology topics. Other activities
include plays and comedy -- some with men in drag -- drinking, dining and
dominoes. Members and guests have included former presidents and
Cabinet secretaries including Ronald Reagan, Gerald Ford, Richard Nixon,
Henry Kissinger, George Schultz and Caspar Weinberger. Others who have attended include the late CIA Director
William Casey, Secretary of State Colin Powell, nuclear physicist Edward
Teller, leaders of IBM, Dupont, Bank of America and the World Bank. Secret meetings of such an elite, powerful group also worry
Jones, a frequent critic of U.S. government conduct and domestic and foreign
policy. Jones gained a measure of notoriety for leading the effort
to build a memorial church at the site of the Branch Davidian church in Waco,
Texas. The church complex burned during the 1993 standoff between federal
authorities and David Koresh and his followers, killing 76 Davidians. "A spotlight deserves and needs to be shown on what's
happening there," he said of the Bohemian Club encampments. McCaslin's break-in, however, could make access even more
difficult if the already tight security during the encampment is bolstered. "Now they'll be able to militarize it even further,"
Jones said. McCaslin, a clean-cut man with a slight Southern accent, managed
to set a small fire that caused minimal damage during his foray into the
camp. He also left Bible pamphlets at the foot of the owl statue. He said a security official for the club interviewed him for more
than an hour at the jail on Monday. "We are reviewing our security procedures and will take
those steps necessary to provide adequate security at the grove both during
upcoming summer events and during the rest of the season," Oggero said. You can reach Staff Writer Michael Coit at 521-5470 or mcoit@pressdemocrat.com. Citizens' guide With this comprehensive directory, you can fire off a letter to

THEM - Adventures With Extremists January 18, 2002 BOOKS OF THE NEW YORK
TIMES | 'THEM' Hopping Rides With a Range of Extremists By PATRICIA COHEN Come along for the ride," Thom Robb, the Grand Wizard of
the Knights of the Ku Klux Klan, tells Jon Ronson. "We'll have
fun!" And so he does. Indeed, that is what Mr. Ronson, a British
journalist and documentary filmmaker, does throughout "Them: Adventures
With Extremists." He comes along for the ride, determined to have as
much fun as one possibly can with Islamic radicals, white supremacists,
Christian separatists and assorted conspiracy theorists, all of whom are
convinced in some fashion that a small, evil cabal is secretly planning to
take over the world. [But they already own 300-Trillion of it.] Mr. Ronson wants to see the world through the eyes of radicals,
and he turns himself into a kind of Forrest Gump who good-naturedly tries on
a Klansman's white hood, chauffeurs Muslim extremists to photocopy
"Crush the Pirate State of Israel" fliers and tags along in the search
for global plotters engaged in debauched pagan rituals. The upshot, delivered deadpan, is by turns hilarious, disturbing
and off- putting. There's the Klan leader, Thom Robb, who was inspired by
self-help books to teach his followers to avoid "the N-word" in public
so as not to scare off potential sympathizers. His daughter-in-law, Anna,
runs a "personality skills workshop" for K.K.K. members. (Does the
personality test really fit the Klan? Mr. Ronson asks Anna. After all, for
many people "mixes easily" might be considered a strength, he
points out, "but for you `mixes easily' must presumably be considered a
weakness.") And there's Alex Jones, a Texas radio talk-show host who raised
$93,000 from listeners to rebuild David Koresh's Branch Davidian church in
Waco, Tex., and who calls the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center
"Clinton's Reichstag." He rants against the Anti-Defamation League
for calling him an extremist. "Anybody who wants to live free is a
racist," he says. "The A.D.L. is the scum of the earth." Then
he quickly adds, "You aren't going to use that last line out of context,
are you?" And, finally, there are the targets of these cockamamie
fantasies — once-and-future presidents and prime ministers, corporate
executives and media barons — whom the conspiracy hunters finally track down
at their annual jamboree at the luxurious Bohemian Grove resort, putting on
drag shows, lecturing on world events and urinating in the woods with
adolescent bravura. The irreverence is refreshing and strangely comforting. Mr.
Ronson's hate-spewing extremists are buffoons, so pathetically foolish at
times that they're almost endearing. How scary can someone like David Icke be
if he thinks 12-foot alien lizards — whose descendants include David
Rockefeller, George Bush the elder and Walter Cronkite — secretly run the
world? How formidable is Omar Bakri Mohammed, who calls himself "bin
Laden's man in England," if he is too squeamish to touch a fish he
caught. "How do you expect to fight the jihad, Omar Bakri, if you cannot
hold a fish?" a fellow Muslim leader asks. The problem is that after Sept. 11, it's hard to be quite so
detached about extremists. They are linked to terror, as Mr. Ronson himself
acknowledges when he lifts the bemused neutrality for a moment toward the end
of the book and considers that the very night that posters urging Muslims to
"kill the Jews" appeared in London (with Omar Bakri's cell phone
number on the bottom), a young Jewish student was stabbed; that Timothy
McVeigh visited Randy Weaver's cabin in Ruby Ridge, Idaho, shortly before
blowing up the federal building in Oklahoma City; that a 1999 bomber in
London believed powerful Jews controlled the government. "I realized
just how central these conspiracy theories were to the practice of terrorism
in the Western world," he writes. Such observations are curiously absent
for most of the book, however. The reluctance to make judgments in the face of the colossal
horror that we've now witnessed seems at times more off-key than arch. Mr.
Ronson is standing not just outside it all, but above it all: too smug to
express the fear and disgust many of his subjects deserve. Mr. Ronson suspends his ironic pose to great effect when he
retells the story of the government's 1992 attack on Mr. Weaver's house when Mr.
Weaver's 12-year-old son, Sammy, and his wife, Vicki, were killed by United
States marshals. (A marshal was also killed.) One can see how even crazy
fears of government power could resonate after such gross abuse of force. Later, though, Mr. Ronson (who is Jewish) visits the A.D.L to
make the point that Mr. Weaver was falsely labeled a white supremacist to
legitimize the government's actions. (Mr. Weaver simply liked Aryan Nation
picnics, Mr. Ronson says.) He lampoons the A.D.L.'s reliance on "code
words" for anti-Semitism: "New World Order."
"International Financiers." "That Strange Group Behind the
Media." "The Middlemen in New York." "Could they be code words? They seemed so abstruse. If
people couldn't figure out that they meant Jew — and I am usually sensitive
to these matters — what was the point of having them? Where would it
end?" O.K., so maybe David Icke really is referring to lizards and not
Jews, but otherwise Mr. Ronson is being disingenuous. Elsewhere, he
acknowledges that "code words" and "signals" are common
among the people he's been hanging out with. Mr. Ronson then goes further, and offers two bits of
information, one right after the other, about these opposing camps. The first
is a report that the A.D.L. lost a $10.5 million defamation suit after
publicly accusing a couple of being anti-Semitic. The other is a newsletter
from Col. Jack (Bo) Gritz, a leader of a far- right militia movement who
served as a negotiator during the Ruby Ridge standoff, that pointed out that
the number of the Antichrist system is 666 and that the star of Judaism is
six-pointed. Mr. Ronson provides these tidbits to give "some kind of
skewed clarity." Skewed is right. These two observations, offered without
commentary, have the effect of equalizing them. See, they're all guilty of
hyperventilated delusions; it's Them against Them. But that isn't the case.
The A.D.L. isn't the Aryan Nation. And the belief that the Bohemian Grove
crowd orchestrated the attacks at Ruby Ridge, Waco and Oklahoma City — and
Mr. Ronson's own impression that the world leaders are more like college frat
boys — are not "equally correct." Such evenhanded amorality, done
for what is essentially stylistic effect, leaves a bad taste. In a preface written soon after Sept. 11, Mr. Ronson notes that
Omar Bakri was quoted as saying, "When I first heard about it, there was
some initial delight about such an attack." After calling for a fatwa
against President Musharraf of Pakistan for supporting the American war in
Afghanistan, he was arrested and faced possible deportation.

January 13, 2002 'Them': Beyond the
Fringe By RON ROSENBAUM Do you know the one about the 4,000 Jews who worked at the World
Trade Center and got secret instructions to stay home on Sept. 11? What are
we to think of people who naively believe in such vicious (and widespread)
conspiracy theories? Are they merely silly dupes, or is there something more
sinister in their stupidity? These are the kinds of uncomfortable questions Jon Ronson raises
in his often entertaining, more often disturbing, book ''Them.'' Ronson, a
writer and documentary filmmaker in Britain, insinuated himself into the
homes and graces of a variety of conspiracy theorists and ''extremists,''
whom he defines as those who ''have been called extremists by others.'' The
project began with Omar Bakri Mohammed, who is said to be Osama bin Laden's
''man in London.'' Ronson went on to ingratiate himself with American
Klansmen, neo-Nazis and the New World Order conspiracy theorists, some of
whom he joins in the quest for the one ''secret room'' where a conclave of
rulers supposedly plots the conspiracies that control the world. There is a lively account of Ronson's attempts to penetrate the
meeting of the Bilderberg Group, a publicity-averse conclave of globalists --
and recent focus of ''secret room'' theorists. Then there is his more successful
attempt to sneak into the annual Bohemian Grove encampment in Northern
California, where the rich and powerful cavort, cross-dress and enact rituals
like the ''Cremation of Care,'' in which an allegorical figure
representing the tedium of everyday life is [taken behind a black curtain
for 15 minutes then] set ablaze. A conspiracy theorist radio host who
accompanies Ronson insists this is proof the Bohemians practice human
sacrifice. Almost invariably, though, there is a dark side to these capers,
as when Ronson links up with a man he portrays as a grizzled ''just the
facts, ma'am'' reporter who writes for a paper Ronson initially describes as
''an underground journal called The Spotlight.'' The two of them
conspicuously act like infiltrators at a hotel where the Bilderbergers are
meeting and then -- when security follows them -- feel vindicated in their
paranoia: the eyes of the New World Order [as "President"
George GW Bush named it 17 times] are on them. All good fun until Ronson
seems surprised to learn that the ''underground journal'' his chum works for
is a notorious forum for Holocaust deniers and Hitler admirers. [and won a
US Supreme Court case against Nixon's Watergate burglers for their confessed
involvement in the murder President Kennedy.] Of course, there are real mysteries (sometimes even real
conspiracies) in the world; there are concentrations of power and networks of
influence that deserve to be investigated -- by people who respect the rules
of evidence. What's interesting about Bohemian Grove, or Yale's Skull and Bones (the secret
society of two presidents named Bush whose rituals I've had some fun bringing
to light), is that
they don't have to meet in a secret room. The bizarre rituals help bind them
together, but the rituals are a red herring: human sacrifice is not required
for them to exert influence [but then why do both do human sacrifices
anyway?]. Most power in the world doesn't need to operate in secrecy;
most power operates shamelessly in the open, using money and influence to
perpetuate itself (in the Smith Barney slogan) ''the old-fashioned way.'' And secret-room conspiracy theories have a bloodstained history.
Almost all of them can trace their ancestry to that poisoned fount of
conspiracy theories ''The Protocols of the Elders of Zion,'' a czarist-era
[alleged] forgery that purported to be the minutes of a secret meeting in
which [fake] Jewish [Satanic] masterminds plotted world
domination. It's been the model for anti-Semitic conspiracy theorists from
Henry Ford in ''The International Jew'' to Hitler in ''Mein Kampf.'' In fact,
Ronson makes an important point when he tells us he ''realized just how
central these conspiracy theories were to the practice of terrorism in the
Western world.'' Ronson's idiosyncratic reporting method leads him into
uncomfortable situations. He plays down, when he doesn't conceal, his own
Jewishness, and adopts a chipper British version of the faux-naif pose,
''Yes, how very interesting, tell me more.'' But not all Ronson's characters,
alas, are harmless eccentrics, and at times they strain the faux-naif form, a
strain Ronson often adeptly foregrounds. Consider the chapter in which he
spends time in the Ozarks with an ambitious grand wizard of the Ku Klux Klan.
Ronson catches the Klan leader, Thom Robb, as he is attempting to refashion
his faction into a more media-savvy outfit (no robes, no N-word). Ronson
glimpses Robb pressing books like ''How to Win Friends and Influence People''
on recalcitrant Klansmen. He attends a session in which the grand wizard's
wife attempts to give the hard-bitten Klansmen ''personality tests'' to
classify them as ''popular sanguines'' or ''powerful cholerics.'' Ronson's hilarious, deadpan account of this scene makes them
seem ridiculous. But then you read, in an aside, this disturbing fact:
''Timothy McVeigh, the Oklahoma bomber, was a onetime member of Thom's Klan
who became disenchanted with the image makeover and decided to go it alone.''
In other words, Robb was by this account part mentor to a mass murderer whose
only quarrel with Robb's racist doctrine was its cosmetic overlay. Here is Ronson reflecting on his conflicted feelings about Thom
Robb: ''He is a friendly and cheerful man, with an amiable demeanor. Had he
not been the grand wizard of the Knights of the Ku Klux Klan, I'd have
described him as having the humorous demeanor of a Manhattan nebbish. The
door was open for me, many times, to say to him, 'Oh, Thom! You're such a
nebbish!' But that would have been a mistake. Still, it was surprising to
find myself in a situation where I was toning down my Jewish character traits
so as not to alienate a Ku Klux Klan leader who reminded me of Woody Allen.''
This attitude is even more difficult to sustain in the chapter
about the year he spent not so much reporting on but serving -- as unpaid
chauffeur and copy-shop flunky -- Omar Bakri Mohammed, the London-based bin
Laden supporter. Omar Bakri comes across in Ronson's account as another
''you're such a nebbish'' character, an unthreatening bumbler who watches ''The
Lion King'' with his daughter and makes goofy-sounding threats to arrest the
Spice Girls when he turns Britain into an Islamic republic. When he releases
hundreds of black balloons at a rally, the balloons, weighted down with the
leaflets they carry, fail to lift off, a ready-made metaphor for
ineffectuality. But this is the same Omar Bakri who called for the assassination
of Tony Blair and in the aftermath of Sept. 11, as Ronson scrupulously notes
in a late addition to the book, expressed ''initial delight'' in the terror
attack. Ronson's book should benefit from the new attention to extremist
visions brought about by Sept. 11. He has gotten closer to these people than
any journalist I can think of. But Sept. 11 also can't help calling into
question the faux-naif sensibility -- in particular with someone like Omar
Bakri. In fact, one gets the impression that Ronson might have been outfoxed
-- or out-fauxed -- by Omar, who himself adopts what seems like a calculated
nebbishy act for Ronson. Omar Bakri is useful to Ronson, but Ronson seems unaware how
useful he is to Omar: playing a harmless nebbish for a television
documentarian is valuable image-making for Omar's effort to avoid extradition
from Britain as a terrorist supporter. So we get a kind of weird dance of
faux-naif fronts deployed by two sophisticated operators, neither of whom
ever really lets down his guard, for all their watching of ''The Lion King''
together. Except once, in perhaps the most chilling and disturbing scene in
Ronson's book. Ronson and one of Omar's aides are on the way to deposit money
Omar has collected (a serious sum, more than $7,000) on behalf of Hamas, the
organization that sponsors suicide bombers who blow up Israelis. Ronson ends
the chapter by describing what followed when he was left alone at one point
with the money -- implicitly inviting the reader to judge his choice. ''What the hell was I doing, guarding money that would be used
to kill the Jews? And then I understood that I had to take the money . . .
and make a run for it.'' (Note Woody Allen allusion.) ''How many lives might
that save?'' he asks himself. And then he concludes: ''But I didn't do it, of
course. I just stood there. And then . . . Omar returned, thanked me for my
help and took the money to the bank.'' Ron Rosenbaum is the author of ''Explaining Hitler'' and

Movers,
shakers from politics, business go Bohemian: Annual Sonoma fete draws Bushes,
Kissinger , Powell , Gingrich By Suzanne Bohan MONTE RIO -- The Bohemian Club's Annual Summer Encampment came
to a close here Sunday, ending a two-week retreat for the rich and powerful
that President Herbert Hoover once called "the greatest men's party on
Earth." The club's famed annual gathering has been held for more than
100 years at the 2,700-acre Bohemian Grove in Monte Rio, about 70 miles north
of San Francisco in Sonoma County. This year's event drew in notables such as
former President George Bush, Texas Gov. George W. Bush, Henry Kissinger,
retired Gen. Colin Powell, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich and Dow
Chemical Chairman Frank Popoff, as well as actor Danny Glover. The men gather to celebrate what they call "the spirit of
Bohemia," said Peter Phillips, a Sonoma State University sociology
professor who wrote his doctoral dissertation on the Bohemian Club. "This is a place men can go and hang out with people who
are similar to them," he said. The annual gathering near the Russian River, which was first
held in 1879, starts with the "Cremation of Care" ritual, in which
the club's mascot is burned in effigy, symbolizing a freedom from care.
Members also perform several plays, and gourmet food and expensive wine are
plentiful. While the club was formed in 1872 by a group of San Francisco
journalists, the male-only club now bars journalists from membership to
protect the group's privacy. Membership is coveted, and people routinely wait
10 or 15 years before gaining admittance. There are currently about 2,700
members. The club has drawn criticism for years because of its emphasis
on privacy. What particularly concerns Phillips and others are the
"Lakeside Talks" held during the summer retreat. This year, Powell
was expected to deliver a talk titled "America's Promise Leading Armies
and Leading Kids," and Popoff, of Dow Chemical, was to give a speech
called "Environmental Journey." "These are often public policy speeches," said Mary
Moore, with Bohemian Grove Action Network, a protest group. "And the
American public is not privy to it." No one from the club returned several calls from The Bee. Click link for rest of this great story |

morning paper route, for the Des Moines Register. This day began an 18 year
search for Johnny, and the truth. Johnny's abduction was not by chance.
Evidence indicates Johnny's picture was shown to several people the night
before, as the child they would abduct in the morning. In 1989, Paul Bonacci provided his attorney, John DeCamp, with
information indicating he had participated in the abduction of a Des Moines,
Iowa paper boy. This paper boy was Johnny Gosch. Bonacci's testimony provided
a great deal of information about Johnny and his case, however local
authorities refuse to interview him, questioning his credibility. According to numerous reports by Paul Bonacci, Michael LaVey
(son of Anton LaVey), and Johnny Gosch himself, Johnny was taken by a highly
organized, very corporate global pedophile/pornography ring. Evidence links
this same porno/pedophile ring to the 80's 'congressional call boy scandal',
money laundering, drug running, illegal arms deals and more. Like so many others, before and since, Johnny was subjected to
severe trauma and torture of a satanic and sexual nature, in order to
intentionally destroy the conscious personality.... brainwashing. This
intentional application of trauma is a systematic procedure used to control
these victims, in order to use them in sexual slavery, pornography and more. In February 1999, in Federal Court testimony in Omaha Nebraska,
Noreen Gosch testified that Johnny Gosch came to see her in 1997, providing
information about his experience, asking for his mother's help and pleading
for her to not reveal his visit. Johnny is now 31 years old. After years of suffering tremendous
torture and pain at the hands of his captors, being used and abused, he and
several others escaped. They have been living in hiding under new
identities... they fear for their lives. People ask ... why is it necessary for someone to hide and live
this way..... It is simple, Johnny can identify many of the people involved
and would be a threat to the very people who took him. He is known as the
"chameleon". Why? Because he can so completely change his
appearance. He would like to be a part of his family once again but it isn't
safe. The people who take these children also do a thorough job of
brainwashing. Telling these young children that if they try to resume any
kind of life with their families.... they will be killed. It is enough of a
threat and fear to these young people ....that they do not try to contact
their families. Johnny took a chance to come and see his mother for a very short
time. He wanted to give her information, in the hope she could bring it out
to the public. Information about this network of pedophiles and how they
operate. He is very angry about what has happened to him and the years with
his family which have been taken from him. Who could blame any of these young
people for being angry at the system. A number of the other victims who Noreen has had the opportunity
to know... have given her a lot of information about Johnny and the times they
were with him. She was told he would try to calm some of the others when they
would be upset and afraid. That would be so like him due to the kind nature
he had as a little boy. The sadness and pain which is felt by Johnny, and for Johnny by
his family, is something difficult to describe to others who have not
experienced it. People who take children.... Pedophiles are the most
dangerous predators on our planet. It is Johnny's hope that one day he can
walk as a free man.... free to see his family again without threat of harm to
himself and others. Openly Gay US

Paperclip Dolls by Annie McKenna If you are familiar with the movie Conspiracy Theory, imagine a
story that goes behind the scenes to the character played by Mel Gibson
(Jerry)–to his childhood as an unwitting subject in the CIA's top secret
project, MK-Ultra. PAPERCLIP DOLLS, would tell you how Jerry most likely
became the paranoid adult unable to remember his past and obsessed with
government conspiracies. PAPERCLIP DOLLS might be described as a psychothriller involving
covert government operations, mind control experimentation with children,
Nazi scientists who were ushered clandestinely into the United States
following World War II (Operation Paperclip), and a bizarre plot to develop
the ultimate secret weapon, a Manchurian Candidate–a spy/assassin/courier who
would not remember his or her deeds. The story, however, is nonfiction. It's the account of a woman who, at age 44, not only begins to
remember a childhood she never knew existed, but also realizes she has
multiple personalities as a result of her childhood trauma. She must learn to
deal with the horrific memories while adjusting to the miraculous way her
brain works and has protected her for years. PAPERCLIP DOLLS is Annie McKenna's story about healing from the
horror of being placed into a government program known to her as Project
Monarch at birth by her father who was military intelligence. The book is her
personal account as relayed through her journaling, supportive research, and
other writings of exactly how her memories revealed themselves, their impact
on her life, and how she was able to quickly understand and gain control of
her multiplicity. It is a story about overcoming a most insidious type of
child abuse–one that was sanctioned by our own government and which was made
public in the 70s. What the public didn't know was that many of the unwitting
subjects of mind control experiments, including the notorious MK-Ultra
project, were children. http://www.paperclipdolls.com/html/AnnieMediaBypass.html
Feature Story Healing from the
Horror - Mind control survivor finds healing after the walls of amnesia come
tumbling down by Annie McKenna In 1977 when I was in my late 20s and leaving my second
marriage, I decided there might be a problem with me. That's when I began
therapy and learned to deal with issues such as properly expressing anger,
not being so defensive, and why I was so afraid of my father. I married my
current husband (we've been married since 1980) and continued in therapy to
help improve my relationship skills. I came very close to getting my memories
back around 1990 because of a series of nightmares I had about my father. Instead of the memories, though, I made a startling emotional
discovery about myself that I thought was the answer to my fear of my father.
That discovery made me think I was "cured." In other words, I shut
down and rejected further therapy. In 1996 I decided I was going to write a
novel - a love story with a psychological twist. The main character was going
to have my emotions and the story was going to reflect how a woman with a
history of abuse in her background has to struggle to make a relationship work.
That was supposed to be the only similarity between the book and reality.
When I say abuse, at the time, I consciously only knew of the constant
emotional abuse and some physical abuse I had endured from my father. On Dec. 11, 1997, about three months after the first memory,
someone in my support group sent information about Project Monarch. As soon
as I read it, I knew that's what had happened to me. I finally understood
what my scrapbook images were trying to tell me. From that point on my life
was totally changed. I also felt that my life had been completely shattered.
I had to totally disregard my own personal belief system to accept what had
happened to me. To believe I had been a victim of mind control, to believe
that my father had placed me in a program that intentionally caused a child
to produce multiple personalities, to believe there were people in the world
who could carry on this kind of torture to create a Manchurian Candidate in
the name of national security meant giving up my belief that "all people
are basically good," meant giving up "happily ever after,"
meant believing my father had sold his soul to the government and had turned
over his daughter to this evil. It is truly devastating. PROJECT MONARCH Basically, Project Monarch was a government/Illuminati mind
control program that involved numerous military and intelligence agencies,
the Paperclip Nazis, and various prominent individuals and politicians. I
also believe this program (regardless of its current name) is still active. Operation Paperclip began in 1945 and was stopped in 1957 when
West Germany complained that the U.S. had robbed Germany of its
"scientific skills." It involved the U.S. ushering Nazis into the
country who were valued for their knowledge of rocketry and the medical
knowledge (a rather ironic term) gained from the experiments at the
concentration camps. One of the criteria for being a Nazi under Hitler's regime was
worshipping Satan. The Nazi's didn't leave their belief systems behind.
Project Monarch was a combination of ritual abuse and mind control. The
ritual abuse served two purposes. First, it exposed a child to horrific
trauma which caused the child to dissociate and create alters. Secondly, the
belief was that if we ever did remember, the ritual abuse memories would
surface first and the medical community and public would label us insane. I was born at Aberdeen Proving Grounds in Maryland in 1952 where
my father was an instructor at the time. Aberdeen Proving Grounds is the
world headquarters for U.S. Army intelligence. Aberdeen was also one of the
stopover points for Paperclip Nazis. It's not difficult to conceive that a
number of Nazis remained at Aberdeen since that was also the site of Edgewood
Arsenal where many of the biochemical warfare experiments were carried out. The most insidious part of Project Monarch was that it's
objective was to create a child with multiple personalities. So not only was
it devastating to learn I was a multiple, I had to absorb the shock of
learning that I was intentionally made a multiple. And the only way a child
will dissociate to the point of creating alters is through severe trauma. Except for a few memories, I can't tell you exactly how I was
programmed. But I know I was taken all over the country and even overseas for
programming. I was taken to military bases and high-tech research facilities
including those that were part of universities. Most, if not all, of the
universities I remember are ones that had received MK-Ultra funding--and that
included Canada. I was taken to several locations in Canada between 1957 and
1964. I specifically have memories of Ewen Cameron and the Allan Memorial
Institute. Both were implicated in a lawsuit filed by adult Canadian victims
against the CIA and presented in a Canadian made-for-television documentary,
In the Sleep Room. It's interesting that the U.S. purchased the rights to the
show but it was never aired in our country. The United States has a history of covering up human
experimentation. Just look at the hearings that were held regarding the Human
Radiation Experiments on unwitting victims, the Tuskeegee experiments, and
the Gulf War Syndrome (as well as the lesser known chem trails and AIDS
atrocity). Declassified documents show our own military has released viruses
over U.S. populations to see what the impact would be. Unfortunately, history
also shows our government doesn't own up to its transgressions for at least
40 to 50 years after the harm is done. In 1977 the U.S. held Senate investigative hearings which
disclosed the abuses by the government through MK-Ultra. But very few
Americans even know of its existence because of media control. The cover up
goes something like this. The American Psychiatric Association received
funding through MK-Ultra for at least one of its projects. Ewen Cameron, who
was the former head of the Quebec Psychiatric Association, the Canadian
Psychiatric Association, and the World Psychiatric Association, received
funding directly by the CIA through MK-Ultra, the Human Ecology Foundation
which was a CIA front organization, and also through the Canadian government.
So both the U.S. and Canadian psychiatric associations were involved in mind
control experimentation in the 1960s. But the U.S. government still conceals its mind control records
and in fact has destroyed most if not all of its records by now. They have
labeled victims of their abuse as mentally ill which shows rather directly
that the U.S. abuses its psychiatric system in much the same way we accused
the Soviet Union and Cuba of abusing their psychiatric systems. And while my country continues to deny the existence of cults,
they are proliferating and are nothing more than covers for pedophiles,
kiddie porn activities, drug trafficking, prostitution, and a government gold
mine of young minds to mold. I would say to parents, be sure you know your
child's soccer coach, scout leader, best friend's parents, and anyone else
your child admires. I know there are many good people out there, but the fact
is pedophiles and those involved in the cults are usually in positions where
they have access to young children. ASSASSIN TRAINING How do you teach a child to be an assassin? It's very easy. You
use double binds and impossible choices. My first memory of this type of
training was when I was three years old in Germany. I was given a hammer and
was asked to smash a rat's head. I can still hear the thick German accent
telling me how ugly rats were and they deserved to die. When I wouldn't do
it, my memory flashed to the Nazi holding a bunny, petting it, saying how
cute the bunny was. If I didn't kill the rat, he was going to keep killing
cute little bunnies. He then killed the bunny with the hammer to prove he
wasn't lying. I killed a rat. Then I was made to feel guilty because I could
have saved the bunny if I had followed his instructions sooner. A child will
kill to save another. I graduated from animals to humans at least by the time I was in
grade school. One question I keep asking myself is how many people were
killed so they could train one Manchurian Candidate. This leads me to
something about healing that I think is very important. When I first began to remember what I was trained to do, I could barely deal with the guilt that I had harmed...killed other people. It was one thing that they tortured me, but it was an entirely different story that I harmed others. Spen |
